It’s super fast and slippery sounding, plus Martin plays it on a sick looking Charvel decked out Eddie Van Halen style. This sequence of notes is in A Dorian and cascades across the neck in groups (tuplets) of nine. To get a clean sound pay attention to muting the open strings with the heal of your tapping hand. Also don’t forget to finish with “pull downwards tone wide rock vibrato”. 🙂
