Here’s a Dorian Mode GROOVE Backing Track in A Dorian by one of my favorite original backing track composers Quist.
Below is the A Dorian scale laid out for you on the neck starting at the 5th fret. Start by jamming the A minor pentatonic scale to get your bearings, then add the natural 2nd and natural 6th notes. Notice how they add a major sound to the scale.
